Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for individuals who may be interested in future roles within supply chain coordination in an international and dynamic organization. A role of this nature typically involves responsibility for product supply from global factories to the Nordic market, focusing on forecasts, purchasing, and ensuring an efficient flow of information between different functions. All to support sales with the highest possible operational efficiency.

Examples of job responsibilities in such a role

• Drive and manage demand forecasts based on market conditions, delivery capacity, and sales data
• Be responsible for demand and delivery planning
• Stay updated on launch plans and channel-unique models
• Update forecasts and maintain planning data in the short and long term
• Manage inventory and purchasing based on product life cycles
• Ensure correct purchasing volumes and timing
• Analyze and report on customer sell-out, channel inventory status, and sales trends
• Communicate with factories and global teams regarding deviations, forecast changes, and operational issues
• Follow up on sales development together with internal teams such as sales and logistics
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive development initiatives
• Optimize inventory situations and prevent aging products
• Measure relevant KPIs and continuously improve processes, working methods, and systems

Your Profile

For future positions of this type, we would like you to have:

• 1–2 years of experience in SCM, logistics, purchasing, or similar fields
• Academic background in business, SCM, logistics, or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of English; Swedish is a plus
• Good skills in Excel and experience working data-driven
